Hesap ve Veri Silme

Uncle Diaz hesap oluşturmaz. Oyun ilerlemesi ve ayarlar cihazınızda tutulur; aşağıdaki adımlarla silebilirsiniz.

Giriş veya kayıt yoktur.Sunucumuzda kullanıcı profili ya da oyun ilerlemesi tutulmaz.

Verilerinizi silme adımları

  1. Uygulama içinden sıfırlayın. Ana Menü → EBEVEYN → matematik doğrulaması → İLERLEMEYİ SIFIRLA. Oyun ilerlemesi ve yerel ayarlar temizlenir.
  2. Uygulamayı kaldırın. Cihazda kalan tüm Uncle Diaz verileri kalıcı olarak silinir.
  3. Reklam kimliğini yönetin. Android Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Menü adı cihaza göre değişebilir.
  4. Google Play kayıtları. Satın alma geçmişi Google hesabınıza bağlıdır ve Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden yönetilir.

Elle silme talebi

Destek için daha önce e-posta gönderdiyseniz, aynı adres üzerinden silme talebi iletebilirsiniz. İlgili kayıtları en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sonucu bildiririz.

Silinen ve saklanan veriler

  • Silinen: oyun ilerlemesi, ayarlar, ipucu sayıları ve cihazdaki satın alım işaretleri.
  • Bizde bulunmayan: kullanıcı hesabı, parola, profil ve bulut oyun kaydı.
  • Google tarafından tutulan: satın alma faturaları ve mevzuat gereği saklanan işlem kayıtları Google’ın kendi süreçlerine tabidir.

How to delete your data

  1. Reset inside the app. Main Menu → PARENTAL → complete the maths check → RESET PROGRESS. This clears game progress and local settings.
  2. Uninstall the app. Removing Uncle Diaz permanently deletes all remaining app data from your device.
  3. Manage the advertising ID. Open Android Settings → Privacy → Ads to reset or delete the advertising ID. Menu names may vary by device.
  4. Google Play records. Purchase history belongs to your Google Account and is managed under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Manual deletion request

If you previously contacted support by email, you can request deletion through the same channel. We will remove the relevant records and reply within 30 days.

Deleted and retained data

  • Deleted: game progress, settings, hint counts and on-device purchase flags.
  • Not held by us: accounts, passwords, profiles or cloud game saves.
  • Held by Google: purchase receipts and records retained for legal reasons remain subject to Google’s processes.
